Project Description

This upcoming project at Markham Vale involves the development of a new EV charging station for GridServe. The site will form part of a growing national charging infrastructure network, providing a modern and accessible facility for electric vehicle users.

Our scope includes the installation of the mains and sub-mains distribution systems required to support the station’s core electrical demands. These systems will form the backbone of the development, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power delivery throughout the site.

We will be installing internal and external lighting across the project, including specialist lighting for the retail areas that will serve future shops and cafés. In addition, a full fire alarm system will be installed to ensure the site meets all safety and compliance requirements.

The project also includes the small power installation and retail fit out works associated with the commercial areas within the development. These installations will prepare the retail units for future tenants and support a smooth and efficient handover once the site becomes operational.
