Project Description

Developed speculatively and constructed in just 47 weeks, this project delivered high-quality industrial units situated at Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. Located in a prime North West logistics and commercial hub, the development adds much-needed Grade A space to a market experiencing significant occupier demand. The scheme also represented the first collaboration between Wilson Bowden Developments and Cabot Properties.

Our works included the installation of the main incoming electrical supplies and all associated sub-mains distribution throughout the units. These systems were designed to support future operational requirements while delivering a robust electrical backbone suitable for a wide range of industrial tenants.

Each unit received a full Cat A electrical fitout, incorporating internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, and a comprehensive fire alarm system. All installations were completed to a high standard, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and providing reliable day-one functionality.

To further enhance the flexibility of the units, we installed the necessary infrastructure to enable quick and efficient turnkey occupation. This ensures that incoming tenants can transition into the space with minimal additional works, making the development both attractive and operationally efficient from the outset.
