Project Description

This project was delivered on behalf of Triton Construction, with Chesterfield City Council as the end user. The development consisted of five retail units and six office spaces, all intended for private lease. The scheme required a complete electrical design and installation package to support a modern mixed-use environment.

Our team undertook the full electrical design responsibilities, including all cable calculations and the production of detailed CAD working drawings. This ensured that every aspect of the installation was accurately planned, compliant with regulations, and coordinated with the wider construction programme.

On site, we installed new three-phase distribution systems throughout the office areas, supplying both small power and internal lighting. The installation was designed to provide each tenant-ready space with a reliable and efficient electrical infrastructure.

In addition to the core electrical works, we completed the installation of the fire alarm system, door access control, CCTV networks, EV charging points, and external lighting. These services combined to deliver a fully integrated and future-proofed building services solution across the entire development.
