The project at this location involved the construction of seven new warehouse units for Triton Construction as part of a wider industrial park development. The site formed part of a newly built estate delivered by Whiteland, requiring coordinated electrical installation works across multiple units.
Each warehouse received a basic Cat A electrical fitout tailored to the client’s specification. This included the installation of the main low-voltage (LV) distribution systems designed to support future tenant requirements and provide a safe and flexible power infrastructure.
Our works also included the installation of emergency over-door lighting, external lighting around each warehouse, and the integration of solar equipment where required. Access control systems were fitted to ensure secure entry and operational safety across the site.
To support modern industrial and commercial transport needs, we installed EV charging units across the new industrial park. All works were delivered to a high standard and fully coordinated with Whykeland and Triton Construction to ensure seamless completion of the development.
