Project Description

We completed two identical three-storey office developments for the client, with one located in Liverpool and the other in Northampton. Each project required a full electrical design and installation package tailored to modern commercial workspace environments.

Our scope included producing the full electrical design, carrying out all cable calculations, and generating detailed CAD working drawings. This ensured that all elements of the installation were accurately planned, coordinated, and compliant with the required standards.

On site, we installed new three-phase distribution systems across each office, supplying small power and lighting throughout the buildings. In addition, we provided the fire alarm system, door access control, CCTV systems, and EV charging infrastructure—delivering a comprehensive and integrated building services package.

Both office projects were successfully delivered for Stainforth Construction, achieving a consistent standard across both sites and meeting all client expectations for quality, safety, and performance.
