This upcoming installation will form part of the rapidly expanding national EV charging network and will provide drivers with a high-quality, accessible, and future-ready facility in a key regional location.
Working closely with GridServe and the wider project team, D H Marrion Ltd will be delivering the full electrical infrastructure required for the site. This includes the installation of both mains and sub-mains distribution systems designed to support the operational demands of a high-capacity charging hub. Our engineers will also install all internal and external lighting, ensuring the site remains safe, bright, and welcoming for visitors at all times.
In addition to the core charging facilities, the development will feature a dedicated retail area intended to accommodate cafés, convenience outlets, and small commercial spaces. As part of this, we will be undertaking the installation of specialist lighting, small power services, and retail fit-out works—laying the groundwork for a flexible and attractive environment for future tenants.
Life safety systems also form a key part of the project, with D H Marrion Ltd responsible for installing a comprehensive fire alarm system throughout the site. This ensures full compliance with current regulations and supports the highest standards of safety for both staff and the public.
